Italian Tomato Bruschetta Recipe
A classic quick and delicious appetizer: mixed bruschetta, flavorful bruschetta served with a platter of cured meats and cheeses! Preparing the perfect tomato bruschetta might seem simple, but even this basic recipe has its secrets. Beyond choosing rustic bread, letting the seasoned tomatoes rest with basil, olive oil, and oregano will make the result even more flavorful and fragrant. The delicious juices will soak into the toasted bread slices, enhancing their taste.

Preparation
To prepare tomato bruschetta, first wash the tomatoes, cut them in half, and then dice them. Place the tomatoes in a bowl and add the basil leaves, previously washed and dried.
Season with a pinch of oregano, salt, pepper, and our olive oil. Mix well and let the mixture rest for about 30 minutes. Resting is optional, but we recommend it to allow the flavors and aromas to blend.
In the meantime, slice the bread. Once the resting time has passed, heat a grill well and place the bread slices on it. Grill them on both sides until they are nicely toasted.
At this point, spoon the tomato mixture onto the slices of bread, drizzle with a bit more of our fresh olive oil, let rest for a couple of minutes, then serve your tomato bruschetta!
