I'm Manuel Mattioli, a twenty-four year old Italian passionate about bringing authentic products and flavors of Italy to America.

After living for a wonderful year in the United States I returned to Italy with a deepened appreciation of my roots, I started to work at Le Vigne, an historical Villa owned by Americans, Roger and Joan. I was working primarily in the olive groves learning from the ground up about growing, pruning, harvesting and pressing the wonderful Umbrian olive varieties.
